Your satisfaction is everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your Munako Organics product, we'll make it right, no hassle, no stress.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Simply reach out to us at hello@munako-organics.co.za and we'll arrange collection from you at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, you can choose either a full refund to your account or a replacement product shipped straight back to you, also at our cost.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and at least 75% unused. We're unable to process returns on items that have been fully used.

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The moment it's on its way, you'll receive an email with all your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the journey. Delivery is typically within 7 days, though times may vary slightly depending on your area.

Standard Shipping is R50 nationwide. If you’re in Pietermaritzburg or Hilton, delivery is completely free, we will hand deliver it to you!

Yes, you can. Our products are designed to nourish and support all hair types, including relaxed hair, without weighing it down.

For best results, follow our three-step moisture routine:

1. 
   Spray the Blush Rose Hair Mist to hydrate and refresh.
   
2. 
   Apply the Whipped Shea Butter to moisturise your hair.
   
3. 
   Finish with Batana Oil to seal in moisture and add shine.

The Blush Rose Hair Mist can be used daily or whenever your hair needs hydration. The Whipped Shea Butter and Batana Oil can be used as needed, depending on your hair's moisture needs.

Our products are carefully formulated using naturally derived oils, botanical ingredients, and carefully selected cosmetic ingredients to help nourish and moisturise your hair.

Yes, our products are generally suitable for children. However, we recommend performing a patch test first and supervising application, especially for younger children.

Batana Oil is a natural oil that may solidify in cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect its quality.

Simply place the bottle in a cup of warm water for a few minutes until it returns to a liquid state.
