Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery method.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Local Delivery, within Pietermaritzburg and Hilton is at no charge.

• Standard Door-to-Door Delivery, fulfilled via Courier Guy or RAM (hand-to-hand delivery)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the delivery option chosen at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number and courier details via email or message.

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate, as delays caused by incorrect details are beyond our control.
